Of course, it could also be footage of our abuela getting arrested during Urban Weekend. We really can't tell. The singer was allegedly handcuffed after making some kind of ruckus when she was involved in a fender bender. But the po-po let her go when she told them she had to go home and breast feed. Tetas win again.
