A couple of weeks ago Anahi took her ass to the hospital and had an "emergency" procedure done on her nose because, supposedly, not enough oxygen was reaching her brain. Obviously nobody believed her so Anahi went as far as posting her tomography scans to prove she wasn't re-adjusting her face out of vanity. People En Español actually took them scans over to a real doctor who proceeded to confirm what everybody already knew: Anahi didn't need no pinche surgery, she needed a new publicist. That or she could have just owned up to the fact that she's a vain pop tart.

Anyway, the results are in. This past weekend Anahi performed a concert in Brazil and the image you see to the right was taken during that performance. The one to the left is an older picture. Did Anahi get a nose job? No, she got a new face.
