Tip your editors
UNESCO, the United Nations cultural organization that arbitrarily measures things that cannot be measured, has declared "traditional Mexican cuisine" a cultural treasure. This is because soon everyone in Mexico will be dead and no one will be left that knows how to make it. Next up: UNESCO will define “traditional Mexican cuisine” right after they come up with the true meaning of life.
