Where Are Shakira's Areolae In This Fragrance Ad?

In this ad for "S by Shakira," the new fragrance that presumably smells like a singing goat, there's one thing strangely missing: Her areolae. Shouldn't they be shimmering through those gold sequins? Maybe they're just very fair like her (heh) blonde hair. Then again, missing areolae wouldn't be the only fake and/or photoshopped thing about this ad. Compare it to a more candid shot taken recently.
